About Us

BSM Germany was established in 2008 as the successor of two Schulte Group ship management companies that have been active in Hamburg since the ‘90s.

We are centrally located to serve the growing number of shipping stakeholders in Northern and Central Europe in addition to owners who have vessels enrolled in the German tonnage tax scheme.

BSM Germany specialises in offshore services that include oil, gas and renewables plus small-scale LNG vessels. We can also provide customers with corporate and commercial management on top of core ship management services which includes technical, crew and full management for all vessel types.

Quality/ Certification

Fulfilling our customer requirements, we presently hold 13 Flag state Documents of Compliance and we work closely with all IACS classification societies and oil majors.

BSM Germany participates in Eyesea’s mission to map global pollution and maritime hazards as part of its commitment for environmental sustainability. The latter, a nonprofit organisation, has developed a technological solution for geo-tagging and mapping pollution that provides objective evidence of hotspots to motivate a more effective approach to prevention and to facilitate cleanup response.
