This course is aimed at Messman, covering knowledge and practical skills required to become a recognized Messman.
On successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to:
Basic Training certificate, completion of local training – NC II.
Classrooms, galley, bakery, dining room area, accommodation area, cabins
Presentations, lectures, practical exercises, daily workstations
MLC 2006, HACCP, USPH, Code of Safe Working Practices (COSWP) and BSM Procedures

Ongoing assessment / weekly tests
Course certificate upon successful completion of tests and evaluation
