Course Description

This course is aimed at those Officers involved in PSC inspections, the course aims to improve knowledge and understanding of Port State Control Inspections by understanding the various aspects of PSC inspection, including common findings and how to address these findings.

Port State Control is a rapidly and constantly changing area for shipowners, operators and maritime administrations. The course provides a thorough and clear up-to-date guide and analysis of the main port state control conventions, amendments and related codes, inspection procedures and key developments in port state control in MOU.
