The Fleet Leaders Meeting (FLM) is a two-day event for officers and is an effective and valuable opportunity for communication and interaction between our seafarers and the company. The FLM includes leadership and management principles, concepts and practical advice, as well as workshops and interactive sessions. Company projects, initiatives and operational topics are also discussed. It is also a mechanism for collecting feedback, allowing seafarers a platform to speak and helping the company understand the needs of our seafarers.
The schedule is promulgated in BSM OneHub, by email, Seafarer Blog/App and on social media. Seafarers can book via the Maritime Training Center course calendar in the Seafarer App
