BSM is pleased to announce the successful submission of the monitoring plans for all BSM-managed vessels subject to FuelEU Maritime to the verifier, ahead of the 31 August 2024 deadline. This significant achievement underscores BSM's strong commitment to regulatory compliance and emissions management, helping customers navigate the complexities of FuelEU Maritime. This marks just the first of many steps that will keep the shipping industry engaged in the coming months. BSM is developing a FuelEU Simulator and a FuelEU Dashboard to be integrated into its PAL ship management software, allowing users to visualise all FuelEU Maritime-relevant data and ensure reliable forecasts and calculations. These tools will enable users to simulate anticipated GHG intensity, compliance balances and FuelEU penalties for the years 2025 to 2050, based on the data entered. Additionally, BSM offers its customers expert guidance and advice on suitable fuels and compliance technologies.
