Due to a sanctions update of the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) wishes to clarify that neither BSM nor any other entity within the Schulte Group is connected to BSM Marine Limited Liability Partnership (BSM Marine LLP), which was sanctioned by US authorities yesterday, 24 February 2025.

BSM and the Schulte Group maintain a robust due diligence process which includes sanctions screening. This ensures that we remain fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in the conduct of our business and operations.
