BSM Cyprus is the island’s first ship management company incorporated in 1972. We are situated at a strategic location in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea at the crossroads of major international shipping routes between Europe, Asia, and Africa to enable global commerce. As a third-party ship management centre, Cyprus is the largest in Europe and among the top three globally. We are proud that since its establishment, BSM’s activities have been instrumental in strengthening Cyprus’ position as a leading maritime cluster.
Our Ship Management Centre (SMC) focuses on safety – at sea and ashore – integrity, transparency and efficiency to achieve operational excellence at the lowest possible operating costs for clients.
We manage different types of vessels such as tankers, containers, bulkers etc. for international ship owners and investors. We deliver safe, reliable, and efficient ship management services through dedicated, highly trained and experienced maritime professionals.
Cyprus offers financial incentives such as the Cyprus Tonnage Tax System which attracts owners to register their ships under the Cyprus flag and establish ship owning, ship management and chartering activities on the island.
