Incident Investigation

Course Description

The course aims to provide knowledge and skills for those involved in Incident Investigation, primarily Senior staff, the course covers the different aspects of incident investigation, and how to conduct investigations in an effective and structured manner. The course is designed to comply with the requirements of the ISM Code and TMSA.

Course Content

On successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to;

  • Understand and demonstrate Incident Investigation techniques
  • Identify and categorise the various of incident and definitions
  • Demonstrate the use of Incident investigation tools and reporting
Entry Standards

Deck and Engine Officers and all other personnel involved in incident investigations.

Instructor delivered remote training.
